Scope

This policy covers Ozil AI at ozil-ai.dev. For privacy requests, contact support@ozil-ai.dev.

Data used to provide the service

We use the account information needed for sign-in and to associate private work with its owner, your selected source photo, generation status and output, order references, payment status and support correspondence. Photos may show faces and clothing. Only submit your own photo or one you are authorized to use.

Selecting a photo first keeps a local draft in your browser's storage. The draft is not uploaded by the selection step. A browser draft can persist across sign-in or a checkout return. You can remove it or clear this site's browser data. When the draft is accessed after 7 days, the site discards it.

Generation and payments

After you confirm and continue, the source is stored privately by this application. SeeAPI receives the photo and a motion reference to generate the requested video. Your source photo and completed result are stored privately for your account and are not added to a public Ozil AI gallery automatically.

SeeAPI does not automatically expire its input or output files. Provider-side deletion requires a support request and is separate from our 7-day photo and 30-day video deletion. Deleting our copy does not delete every provider-side copy. Read SeeAPI's data handling policy and contact us about provider-side deletion requests.

Waffo receives the information needed to process your checkout, including your checkout email and billing information you enter with the processor. This application stores payment references and status, not full card details. Read Waffo's privacy policy.

Private library and access

Your photo and result are associated with your account and are not automatically placed in a public gallery. Authorized support access may be needed to investigate a reported problem. Public examples require separate authorization or a clear AI-example label. Sharing a downloaded file is your choice.

Retention

Our stored source photo is retained for at most 7 days from upload. Our completed video copy is retained for at most 30 days from completion. Expired files are no longer accessible.

You may remove stored sources or finished videos earlier through My videos. A source attached to a pending checkout or active generation cannot be deleted through the library until that process is resolved. Contact support for a pending-checkout deletion request. Payment and support records may be retained separately to handle purchases, disputes, legal obligations and abuse. Removing a work does not erase its payment record.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential sign-in cookies keep your session. Browser storage keeps an unfinished local photo draft and interface choices. We use a self-hosted analytics service to understand referral channels and the creation journey: page visits, scroll milestones, photo selection and upload, registration and sign-in, checkout, confirmed payment, generation status, and download requests. A random first-party visitor identifier and first-touch campaign data last up to 30 days. After sign-in, a pseudonymous account identifier links actions across visits. Analytics may include browser information and approximate location derived from requests. We do not include your name, email, photo, video contents, OAuth codes, or card details in analytics payloads. A download record does not prove that the file was saved on your device. Browser analytics honor Do Not Track. Transaction and delivery records are handled separately, subject to the site's applicable consent settings. Analytics is separate from payment records; contact support for access or deletion requests.

The public Feed stores your saved public-post IDs and last position on this device so you can return to them without signing in. They are not synced to your account; clearing this site's browser data removes them. Feed analytics can record displayed public-post IDs, time visible in the foreground, confirmed playback starts when the player reports them, saves, shares, and creation-link clicks. Foreground time is not proof that you watched the video or completed it.

Social video references

Our public homepage and Feed include creator references from TikTok and X. These videos load through the platforms' players or public media services. These services may receive your IP address and browser information and use cookies under their own privacy settings. These are external creator posts, not customer files or outputs made by Ozil AI. Original-post links open the platform directly. We do not send your selected photo, private video, account details or payment details to these players.

Feedback forms

The feedback page embeds a Tally form. When you open it, Tally receives standard browser request information. Information you choose to submit is processed by Tally to deliver your feedback. You can also contact us directly at support@ozil-ai.dev. See Tally's privacy policy.

Your requests

You can request access, correction or deletion of account-associated data by contacting support from your account or using the public support email. We may need information to verify ownership before acting. Do not email passwords, card details or API keys.

Security and changes

We use access restrictions and encrypted transport to protect your data. No service can promise absolute security. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

Delivery notifications and service history

We send video-ready service notifications to your verified account email through our email provider, Cloudflare Email Service. These messages link to your signed-in video library; photos and video files are not attached or made public. Sending status is recorded for support and duplicate prevention.

Your private account history includes sign-in, upload, orders, generation, downloads and delivery-email status. Authorized support staff use these records to resolve delivery problems. Website analytics also help us understand which referral channels bring users to the service, using the analytics controls described above.
