Refund Policy

One-time purchase

One Ozil Goal video costs US$6.99. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Browsing and selecting a photo are free. Completed-video downloads and repeat downloads are included while the stored file is available.

Five-video packs

The 5-video pack costs US$19.99 as a one-time payment. Your first generation uses one video; the remaining four can be used separately with different photos. Unused video uses do not expire. Each finished file is still subject to the 30-day download limit.

You may request a full cash refund only while the entire pack is unused and no generation has been submitted. Once used, eligible individual quality issues receive one free remake or a return of the affected video use to your account after review, rather than a cash refund of the pack. Report issues within 7 days of delivery or confirmed failure. Failed-generation retries do not consume another use. Returning a use revokes access to that result; it does not refund money to your payment method.

When no finished video is delivered

A confirmed failed generation can be retried without a new purchase. A request that is still being checked is not automatically treated as failed, because the provider may already be processing it. For a single-video purchase, if you prefer a refund for a failed order, contact support from that work. Do not create a second paid order to fix the first.

Unusable results

Report an issue within 7 days of delivery, or within 7 days of a confirmed generation failure. Eligible issues include a damaged or predominantly black file, an obvious change to another person's identity, severe body defects, output that is not a football clip, or a file that differs from the purchased specifications.

We review the source and full result against the purchased template. An eligible single-video purchase may receive one free remake or a refund, as you choose. For a used pack, choose one free remake or a returned video use instead. If the approved remake is still unusable, a single-video purchase may be reviewed for a refund; a used-pack result may be reviewed for a returned use.

The template creates an Ozil-style AI football clip inspired by the trend. It does not promise an exact sequence of chips, chest control or sliding-defender dodges, a specific number of defenders, or exact timing. Normal variation in AI players, ball control and movements, a preference for a different look, or clothing invented outside the visible source photo does not alone make a result unusable. Severe body defects remain eligible for review.

Make a request

Open the work in My videos, choose Something wrong with your video?, select the issue and your preferred remedy, and describe what is wrong. Replies appear in Support tickets.

If you cannot access your account or work, email support@ozil-ai.dev with the order number. Do not send card details. We do not require another payment to review the same problem.

Payment processing

Waffo processes the payment and any approved cash refund to the original payment method. A submitted refund request is not a completed refund. The order remains under refund processing until the processor confirms completion. The time for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider and bank.

Downloads, deletion and cancellation

A download problem does not require regeneration. Try downloading the existing file again or follow the phone-saving instructions. Deleting a source photo or result does not itself request a refund. If a source photo has already expired or been deleted and a remake needs it, we will ask for a new authorized photo rather than recover deleted material.

Canceling or abandoning unpaid checkout does not start generation. If your statement shows a charge while the work still awaits confirmation, contact support with the existing order rather than paying again.
