Terms of Service

Service

Ozil AI is an independent AI photo-to-video creation service at ozil-ai.dev. It is not affiliated with Mesut Özil, football clubs, social platforms or CapCut. The Ozil Goal template creates a new Ozil-style AI football clip inspired by the trend; it does not promise to preserve original match broadcast footage.

The video model currently used is MiniMax H3, provided through SeeAPI under the model ID minimax-h3. The Ozil Goal template uses this fixed model; customers do not need to select a model or write a prompt.

Photos and permission

You must have the right to submit a photo and permission from the depicted person to create the requested AI video. Use a photo with one adult person and follow the Content Policy. Do not use the service to impersonate someone, deceive others or violate their rights.

You retain your rights in your input. You permit the service and necessary generation providers to process it to produce and deliver your requested output and investigate problems you report. Public display of your work is a separate choice, not a condition of purchasing a private video.

Delivery and AI variation

Before payment, review the template, delivery specifications, sound and price. Your video is about 15 seconds, vertical 9:16, 720p or higher, silent MP4 without a brand watermark. No licensed song is included. Clothing and body details outside the source image must be created by the model.

AI players, ball control and movements can vary. We do not promise an exact action sequence, defender count or timing, perfect likeness, identical frames, a guaranteed number of social views or instant completion. Damaged or predominantly black files, an obvious change to another person's identity, severe body defects, non-football output and files that differ from the purchased specifications remain subject to review under our Refund Policy.

Prices and payment

One video costs US$6.99, or a 5-video pack costs US$19.99, as a one-time payment. A pack starts the first video and leaves four uses in your account. Unused uses do not expire; each finished file remains available for up to 30 days. Entirely unused packs may be reviewed for a full cash refund; after use, eligible individual quality issues receive one free remake or a returned use. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. The confirmation and cashier show the amount before purchase. Waffo is the payment processor and merchant of record for checkout. A browser return alone is not proof of successful payment.

Do not submit payment again merely because a notification is delayed. Use the existing work or contact support. Downloads of an existing completed file do not create a new paid generation.

Accounts and availability

Keep your account secure. Use the same account to retrieve your work. We may restrict abusive use or content that violates the Content Policy. Temporary network or provider problems can interrupt creation. Check My videos for progress and contact support if you need help.

Our source-photo copy expires after 7 days from upload; the completed-video copy expires after 30 days from completion. Download files you want to keep. Read the Privacy Policy for browser drafts, provider handling and deletion.

Sharing and output rights

You are responsible for where and how you use the file, for adding appropriate AI disclosure when needed, and for any music you add. This purchase does not grant rights to football broadcasts, club marks, a person's likeness or third-party music. We do not guarantee that output is unique or eligible for copyright protection.

Help and changes

Contact support@ozil-ai.dev, or use the issue form on your work. We will honor the delivery description and applicable remedy for an existing paid order if the template later changes. Material service changes will be reflected in these terms.
